Indeed, your Out & Equal colleague is now officially a torchbearer, having had attended a leadership track session hosted by The Agency Initiative and Commune. It was called:
Let your Flame Shine: Building leaders to Illuminate the Path Forward.
We believe...
each leader has a light within that when given the space to claim it, name it and practice brining it forward, powerful things happen.
We are in the business of helping leaders inspire and move others to action, leveraging a unique and proven method that elevates a leader's sense of self, community, and their inherent capability to do big things.
